Part of the service was to top up the windscreen washer - your team just didn't do it (although the list of works they apparently did included this per their final sign off). I had to bring the car back in for them to do it.

Not up to normal standard seals on rear doors we're replaced when the most cursory inspection wold have shown that it was the front seals that were worn.
