I was disappointed with the delay in the car but I understand this can happen. Richard kept me informed at all times, apologised for the inconvenience, even provided me with a car for the weekend which allowed me to go and see my son in England.

As above.. When I arrived on time at 8.15am there was a 20 min delay in being seen due to short staffing. I then had a rather odd message from someone called Cameron in the body shop asking if I wanted to pay £90 to repair some paintwork on the door

Everything was very professional, the only problem I had was that I was told I could pick up the car at 3:45 but wasn't ready for over an hour later . Apparently a car had broken down blocking it in . Otherwise very happy

Over the last 10 years I bought a car from Sytner and always had my cars serviced with you. I'm very disappointed in way I have been treated by BMW and particularly Sytner Swansea. Which has put me off buying a BMW in future and using Sytner.

Overall timing was OK but: - Written MOT report said that I needed 4 new tyres - luckily the video came through it said that 2 of the tyres were over 4mm - so only 2 tyres! Your service rep said he could get them at £202 each but they cost £230 each!

It was a full service, a good job done and the health check was 100% ok, though some excess engine oil drips were not cleaned up and the acoustic cover was not fully clipped back on, just two small issues,thus the 4.7, but all is well, no problems.??

I worked from the waiting area and the appointment was arranged around my planned meetings. One meeting ran over and I was left to finish my work call even after my car was ready. When I had the car back I found it had also been washed and hoovered.

Generally excellent staff and facilities. Only issue was that I had a £100 voucher, given for all the hassle with the EGR recall. I gave it in at the beginning, bill for brake fluid was £92. I wasn't allowed to carry over the remaining balance!
