Booking service proved difficult would rather have been able to phone up and arrange . Actually had 2 different times show up on line for same booking. Very good service on day though and efficiently dealt with on site.

Did not receive confirmation my car is ready which lead to uneccessary delay in collection. The tracker provided kept saying my car was in progress despite the service advisor saying they tried to contact me earlier that day to say it was ready.

Had to bring my car in for a recall on an airbag. Alex at the desk was great, polite, friendly, professional. But as a lift home was not an option it cost me £25 in taxis for something I didn't request & through no fault of my own.
