The vehicle service and Mot were carried out properly but I was completely dissatisfied with the manner I was dealt with over an issue with door seals. I was promised follow up phone calls which have not materialised and I fell ignored.

I had an additional oil change after 9000 miles instead of waiting for 18000 but the service scheduler in the car was incorrectly reset which means that future service notifications will be incorrect

The staff in the Service Centre when we visited were very helpful and professional. But, due to the water damage to the Service Centre in Swansea I was not able to have my MOT there (outsourced) and I did not get my usual video feedback.

It took 6 calls to your service department before I could speak to anyone regarding the recall. BMW is a prime brand and requires a service to match. Your automated telephone system is not fit for purpose. Your staff however are courteous.
