The sales person was very friendly unfortunately we had trouble getting our mobiles installed on the car and left us with less time to ask her for further help with getting to know the car. There is no paper handbook, a real drawback.

If I could split the score I would, the sales experience from Catrin is a strong 5. I specified the blue Msport brakes, but on pickup the car didn't have them fitted, it seems the option was omitted during the ordering process. Thus it scores a 2.

The experience of purchasing a new 1 Series was an enjoyable one due to Kieran being knowledgeable and able to answer any questions regarding the vehicle and sale process. All staff at the centre were welcoming, overall a fantastic dealership.

The Swansea Sytner team have been been good over the last 8 months dealing with my HV battery (but not BMW Farnborough). Initially the BMW Swansea team work on my HV battery in 2023 was not satisfactory. In the last few months Sytner have been good.

The service was done quickly, as specified and at the cost agreed. However, even though I received an apology, I cannot give 5 stars as the dealership forgot to order the replacement rear light unit, which they agreed to fit at the same time.

was lied to in Feb-24 about rear brakes needing doing. Service Oct-24 showed rear brakes at 1.6mm - well above legal limit and the car has been used significantly in those 8 months. Dishonest and wrong, clearly trying to scam. Caitlin was lovely.

Good. I got a loan car. My car was also cleaned. Received a gift bag. On the downside, the bolts holding the weather protector under the car haven't been replaced after the protector was put back on. Also, the gift bag was already open.
