Charged £160 for a service that didn't resolve an issue. Had to rebook without any guarantee £160, £320 etc will cure the issue. What do I do sign a blank cheque for a car that has only covered 24000 miles and this is the 2nd time it has happened

From dropping the car off to collection ran very smoothly. We were kept updated with the progress of our car periodically and sent a text to say completion was due and also a payment link so we could pay before collecting to speed up the process

Good customer service and quality of work. Disappointing however the lack of a car wash was not mentioned at the time of booking the service as opposed to when I turned up

Staff were great. Wash/hoover station was out of order. Funny that this was the case when I had a service on my last vehicle??
