I've had many German cars ranging from Audi to Mercedes, and this is my first BMW and my first experience with Sytner! But I can honestly say Sytner at Swansea have provided the best customer service performance than any other. So Thankyou!

Everything was as stated except .the cust service rep on phone stated the car would be valeted before I took it back from the showroom.. but this was not the case ..no Valet occurred .

Staff were very friendly but the job done on the car was not optimal. Valet services were not given as apparently there was maintenance work going on and another time was not offered for this. Also car interior was dirty when I picked up my car.

Everybody was corteous and nothing was too much trouble. I was there for some time and managed to complete work. I didn't take advantage of the snacks available but was a lovely gesture

The cost is a negative. Also the service light hasn't been turned off again and flashes up continuously. Does the is mewn I need to schedule a day off to visit the garage to have this manually corrected or can it be done remotely?

I received excellent service from Sytner Swansea.. Chantelle Syaid in particular was brilliant! I especially like the new WhatsApp method of communication for updates on progress etc. this works so much better than trying to contact via phone call.

On arrival , attention was good , but concerned to discover car was not registered as ' booked in ' , despite the receipt of text confirming date and time , several days prior ( as normal ) .

Excellent facilities and helpful staff. The only negative for me is the need to travel there and difficulty in getting home if I need to leave the car for a longer period.

The only reason I gave a 3 was that they knew what the problem was when the car was booked in, but hadn't ordered the part and now I have to re-book another visit as a nurse I have to use my annual leave if I am unable to swap shifts, inconvenient

Unfortunately, the brake discs for my booking never arrived, and I was only informed 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment-apparently due to the parts department notifying my service advisor too late. Chloe did try to source some but had no luck
