95% of all my contact was with the same member of staff (Catrin Lewis), who basically sold the brand to me. Never failed to answer any question I had, however minor it was. She was there from start to finish. Excellent.

Charged £160 for a service that didn't resolve an issue. Had to rebook without any guarantee £160, £320 etc will cure the issue. What do I do sign a blank cheque for a car that has only covered 24000 miles and this is the 2nd time it has happened

I live a long way away so have had to get my break pads done elsewhere once. I have been to yourselves for everything else. Find it very frustrating that every time I turn on car it just says service due 05/2025 and I am now stuck with that

Service was excellent. Only reason for 4 starts was I felt that a query I raised about updating the software so my phone would connect to the car went unresolved. But I didn't follow up further, and have remedied myself by installing new a screen

I was disappointed with my experience at Sytner Swansea. Despite raising concerns about a noise from the braking system, my issue was dismissed, and there was no effort to investigate further. Follow-up was lacking, and the problem has since worsened

Not really happy with this visit at all, we had the front and rear pads changed and both front callipers have damage which is unsightly due to them being blue! We also had faults with the sensor s , which we paid for to be diagnosed but not fixed

following the oil service I was told that I needed new wiper blades, and that there were some on sale if I wanted to order them. I went ahead and ordered them, only to then be told that the order had been cancelled without my knowledge.

Drove off after having a fairly major service (including £73 for a vehicle check--whatever that is) and once on the motorway it was obvious something was wrong. Returned to Sytner where it was obvious that the undertray was hanging off.
