The car that we required was difficult to obtai as it was with another dealership, who basically messed Swansea around in securing the car for us. This was achieved at a later date, and the price agreed was honoured.

James looked after us well we live 25 miles from Sytner Swansea so we waited until the car was completed, however the mechanic found another fault so James arranged a loan mini which we returned 3 days later as the part hadn't arrived

Would give 5 except that the recall had been checked twice previously before being rectified. This was related to the shortage of parts required so BMW's fault rather than Sytner. However, I did get a discount off the service charge to compensate.

We had only had the car for 10 days and we were very disappointed that there was an issue with one of the headlights. we booked the car in and had to wait over a week for this. We had to wait there for five hours for the issue to be fixed
