Car was taken to Swansea on 14/08 and was advised rear break pads 7mm. On 22/08 was told same break pads were 4mm. Reasons I was given for this were completely ridiculous. Lost all confidence in servicing from Swansea sytner

the recall letter and email suggested the check/ fix should take about 2 hrs. Sytner wanted all day ( 10-400) No problem.The free car wash was OK but there were still dirt marks on parts of the car -so OK but not 5 star
