Car delivered to Swansea BMW centre in the morning with a request for the service team to investigate a noise from the front suspension or steering. Collected vehicle in the afternoon and was informed no fault found. (Continued in next box)

The service was quick as I have hardly used the car since we have had lockdowns. Since the service I have only driven car home and used once for shopping.
The service and Mot was recorded on video and a copy given to me. All aspects of the vehicle inspection was explained to me. There are no short cuts possible.
Efficient booking / no waiting/ clear explanation. The reception was courteous and the follow -up call demonstrated care.
The contact at the dealership kept me fully informed of progress with the car. When an issue was identified that meant the MoT work could not be completed on that day, a replacement car was provided and the work completed the following morning.

A premium brand who provide a premium service, you pay for the best but it is worth it. Short video presentation is a nice touch showing your car and any issues that have been identified.
