I felt I had wasted a day.. I had taken a day off work for this and was told it would take 4 hours to be corrosion tested.. and felt the service receptionist was totally uninterested and unhelpful.
Very easy to arrange and treat service
The booking in experience was not what I would have expected from a BMW garage, I felt the person who dealt with me was very short and personally I felt couldn't wait to say the repair may be chargeable, it could have been portrayed in a better way.

The initial service was great, However, after collecting the car and driving home it became apparent that the service history had not been updated. I now have to re-visit the centre for them to update the service history which is not convenient.
From the moment I entered the staff were very friendly . The man that booked my car in even asked if I would like my car washed and said it would cleaned inside as well which I thought we loverly and he smiled very nice customer service

Your staff are very efficient and friendly and I'm always given such a wonderful welcome. Only one issue with the service, however. My window washer reservoir was not replenished. I had a warning light two days after service to fill the reservoir.

I would have given 5 stars if faults were found and rectified, but fully understand the difficulty in finding inconsistent faults when they don't present on examination and road test. The vehicle was road tested and ecm was scanned. Told to monitor.

Excellent support, including attention to the EGR valve recall. I asked for the paperwork covering the work completed on the recall and was assured that it would be sent on to me once BMW had approved the work. I still haven't received it

I had booked my car in for an mot and service, I asked if the technician could reprogram the side mirrors to close when locking the car, I was told that there would be a charge to carry out this task, I feel this could be carried out FOC.

Problem with rear seatbelt which needed part to be ordered. After 2 days in garage new part appeared to be sub standard so had to return car another day for this to be sorted.

Complimentary car wash poor, large areas of windscreen and offside untouched. Was the machine broken and this was a poor attempt at a hand wash?

As we where kept up to date on all aspects of buying and when the car would be available ,originally should have been end of July but was not available,so we were quite happy to wait for the 1st September registration which made more sense .
Purchased numerous cars with the same person.
Should have been given longer instruction than 10 minutes, still working out how to set radio channels onto favourites, and setting sat-nav.
