It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. From start to finish, I was kept updated and all aspects of my repair was communicated to me. Kelly Haslam in particular was outstanding in her efforts to ensure that I was not inconvenienced while my convertible roof was repaired under warranty.

disappointed not to receive a replacement car when mine was in for a service and a replacement part but I also understood the hectic schedule due o recalls. A taxi was provided.

the recall letter and email suggested the check/ fix should take about 2 hrs. Sytner wanted all day ( 10-400) No problem.The free car wash was OK but there were still dirt marks on parts of the car -so OK but not 5 star

If you look at the date the car went into production it took 12 weeks from start of production to delivery, so if the order had gone into production at the time the order was placed I would of received the car as planned.
