I brought my car in for a normal oil and filter service. I went to two other excellent garages and they said that it would cost about £200. At Sytner the cost was £480. Note that this was not a special repair demanding state-of-the-art diagnostics.
The work was completed in the given time and I even received £20.00 off as it was Christmas.
The staff did all they could to resolve the issue which the car was booked in for.
We were kept updated constantly while our car was being repaired to let us know when the part had been ordered, when it had been fitted, when the car was ready to be collected, then again after collection to ask if everything was to our satisfaction.

Vehicle health check video indicated wear on outside of each front wheel tyre but no explanation of cause was given. Subsequently took the vehicle to an independent tyre fitting company who confirmed that tracking was out. This has now been rectified

Only paying to reduce insurance excess stops me giving full marks. As £2K being spend not happy this was not included.
Everything is always carried out perfectly and to the exact time scale. Had loan of a courtesy car too

The add blue waring light came on after 100 miles and I had to add 5 litres after paying a extra £ 85 for a 2 minute video it's a rip off am am not at all happy with the service I received and BMW have lost another customer

The booking in experience was not what I would have expected from a BMW garage, I felt the person who dealt with me was very short and personally I felt couldn't wait to say the repair may be chargeable, it could have been portrayed in a better way.
The initial service was great, However, after collecting the car and driving home it became apparent that the service history had not been updated. I now have to re-visit the centre for them to update the service history which is not convenient.
Compared to the usual BMW communication was quite poor throughout the my Fast Lane Service.

From the moment I entered the staff were very friendly . The man that booked my car in even asked if I would like my car washed and said it would cleaned inside as well which I thought we loverly and he smiled very nice customer service

Overall experience excellent the only downside is finding a parking slot when arriving at the centre.
