Quoted extra £100 for dealing with Air Conditioning System that had never workrd probably since purchase of Car 2019.-( probably insufficient gas installed). Unable to access dealership in Haverfordwest due to Covid Lockdown and previous long Winter.
My car was not repaired on the day I brought it in and I had to return the following late afternoon to collect it.
Surprised me seeing as their sales people on past experience are rude and disinterested. I would have given 5 stars but that fact still doesn't sit well with me.
