The staff were polite, professional and helpful. The poor assistant had to deal with a rude, aggressive and hostile customer before helping me but she remained calm and tried to assist her as best she could. A credit to BMW and Sytner Swansea.

A problem with a vehicle and the manner in which it is dealt with is often the critical factor in ones perception of the brand as a whole. The excellent treatment by Sytner Swansea Service Department has been impressive.
Procedure to be followed, under present circumstances explained in detail and simple terms. Live video of inspection provided, and regular phone calls explaining any changes in timings etc.
