I just came off a night shift and came straight to BMW for an MOT, Chantelle Syaid looked after me while being there and she was very polite, she managed to get the car done quicker due to myself being awake since the previous day.

One service I had was not good the engineer has cut a sound reducing cover at back of the engine to get at plugs 5-6 to save time rather than take off what was necessary to get at them. He will not be working on my car again.

I was called by them after leaving and a message was left to contact them urgently, I did this after I arrived my workplace and a message was left for the person to contact me and she never did. I am still waiting to hear from them.

I habe come here for a re call of a coolent job. When I delivery my car there were no ligth on dashboard. And I also asked for a service. When the job done the engine management light was on. I told them to look at the car as I would drive another 2.

Following the conversation regarding the car needing oil at 7k, I was told it was unusual and was charged £20 for oil and a 2hour round trip to collect. I was also told there was a brake recall on the car but BMW have no parts to complete the work.

Some of the display was changed and I found this confusing e.g. no time or date and unable to set these myself. Also the battery was very low when I drove home resulting in losing all lights when I got home. It was fine the following morning.

Upon picking up my vehicle the technician had left clips off heat shield, Maf sensor cable not secured, coolant hose not secured. The health check was provided from my previous visit and not recent. Overall a really poor visit this time.

I am generally satisfied. However, a map update was due for this service which could not be done as the software had not been ordered in. Similarly, the map update that should have occurred in 2022 was not done despite having paid for it via Emac.

Car recovered back to Sytner very quickly on Wed 6/3 and a hire car provided. Sytner called Thurs 7/3 to advise the car was fixed and being returned, but it didn't arrive until Sun 10/3. Hire car taken away Fri 8/3.

Would have been 5 but on this occasion I didn't get replies to my two emails asking for assistance and had to wait an excessive period of time albeit in the customer lounge, whilst a replacement tyre was fitted. Despite the work being booked in.

You are warmly greeted everytime you walk in. The most beautiful cars to look at whilst waiting. Wonderful service and sales staff. Great waiting area with a huge range of refreshments and snacks. A video sent to you about your car and any issues.

The quote when booking was £438.63, but the invoice was £469.28 which I only noticed when I got home. A month has passed since the service and the amount was queried. No refund yet received.

All this would have been avoided had the mechanic replaced the key as requested when I brought the car in for the service back in 2023. I am now in an unfortunate and expensive predicament.

Sytner Swansea sold me a car with inadequate tyres. One could blame Bridgestone as they made these rubbish tyres, but according to the Which magazine legal team, it is Sytner who should be chasing up these tyres and getting them to Bridgestone.

Solved the issue we had, couldnt ask for more. However one feedback, is for the technician, they removed the 2 child car seats in the car, but didnt replace them back correctly. They should have advised on handing the car back. Its a safety issue.
