Fairly satisfied, although my connected drive now periodically restarts when on long drives, 4 times in an hour this week alone. Unsure why this is happnening but wasnt happening before my service.

Spent a long time discussing a car which was not available. Spent a long time discussing the Finance, price, & inclusions. The tank was not filled before delivery as agreed.
They made me fell at ease and comfortable as soon as I entered, explained everything from start to finish, even sent email and text with the video attached showing everything.
Because they go through the service on line and they let you what needs doing

Rang to book service found myself talking to someone in a Customer Service Centre. Told Service would take an hour and a half took over two hours as it was a major service Told I could sit and wait did so Told coffee and biscuits supplied. No biscuit

When service was booked I asked about a lift into town and was told that there were no cars available at that time .considering the service was booked 5 to 6 weeks before the date .
Well informed throughout the whole process and pro active approach when the car went back to have a mirror fixed. Rang me the day before to see if I needed a lift and remind me of the appointment

I had requested a lift to local shops which was agreed, however this was not mentioned by the staff and after my initial experience I decided not to mention it and walked instead

Aweful service experience. They could not even give me an estimate of cost for a basic service when asked. They did not sort me a loan vehicle even though I had email confirmation from online booking stating I had one.
Chantelle has been absolutely outstanding, her customer service is exceptional a real asset to the dealership.
The dash cam was left unplugged and though I was told the work could take 2 hours, it was nearer 4 otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Found the staff discussing personal stuff, during checking in and payment. Got to garage early, though not open until 8.30 where we were asked to sit whilst the team organised themselves. Could be a bit more organised and professional
Job was done to good satisfaction and communication was great. The cleaning of the car after could have been better tho.

Having made arrangements for the service history to be restored on the car, the garage refused initially to do this in Swansea. I had a problem with software on the radio / map. This was done in Haverfordwest due to delays in Swansea doing it.

My only issue is with the fact that the job was not completed correctly. How could someone think it was ok to return the car to the customer knowing that the job had not been completed correctly. Saving factor was the customer service from Kelly.
There was no communication regarding my car which had been transported in until I contacted you. I was told my car had not arrived even though my BMW app showed it in your premises. I hat to cancel a meeting to pick up my car as it was Good Friday

The showroom had nowhere to sit whilst I waited for the taxi with the rotten fruit. Not enough parking. Nice staff. Was fetched by a driver in a Mini which was much nicer.

The process was briefly explained to me and I was told how long it would take. When I said I would stay I was offered a comfortable chair and tea or coffee.

Me and my family have dealt with Stuart for a number of years, and he is always happy to help and thoroughly explains everything.
If you look at the date the car went into production it took 12 weeks from start of production to delivery, so if the order had gone into production at the time the order was placed I would of received the car as planned.
The only good part was the salesman Christian Rees, I've bought quite a few cars from him & he's always helpful
