Servicing and MOT was completed in a timely manner with the convenient provision of a loaner car. I'm still waiting for an update on an outstanding re-call, but it's not critical.

I just came off a night shift and came straight to BMW for an MOT, Chantelle Syaid looked after me while being there and she was very polite, she managed to get the car done quicker due to myself being awake since the previous day.
